AOV – Average order value for the same group, automatically converted to your store currency.
Why it’s useful?
Insight | Example drawn from the screen above |
High-value segments | Shoppers who discovered you on Instagram place orders worth ₹ 2,000 AOV compared with the ₹ 1,450–₹ 1,500 you see from other channels. That tells you Instagram ads are attracting bigger spenders—double-down on that channel. |
Upsell clues | In a follow-up satisfaction question, customers who picked “5 / 5 – Excellent” go on to spend ≈ ₹ 2,000 per order, vs. the ₹ 1,450 site average. Tag them for VIP campaigns or early-access product drops. |
