Once your survey is active you can find all the response data in the survey dashboard. We capture survey level metrics as well as detailed data for each question.
Metric tile | What it means? | Typical action you might take |
Total Views | How many times the survey widget was loaded for shoppers (impressions). | If views are low, widen the survey’s targeting rules. |
Total Responses | Shoppers who clicked at least one answer. | A falling completion rate signals you may need to shorten the survey. |
Total Completions | Shoppers who finished all questions. | A falling completion rate signals you may need to shorten the survey. |
Response Rate | Responses ÷ Views. | Aim for ≥ 30 % on post-purchase surveys. |
Completion Rate | Completions ÷ Responses. | Anything below 70 % often means too many questions. |
Drop-off / Skip rate (shown inside each question card) | Share of shoppers who abandoned the survey at that step or skipped that single question. | Drop-off spikes pinpoint questions to re-word or move later in the flow. |
Use case: A merchant sees 1,000 views but only 300 completions (30 %); they trim two optional questions and completion jumps to 55 % the next week.
