Crafting surveys with Compra takes just a few clicks!
To get started navigate to Surveys tab and click the button Create survey. You've got the option to build a survey from scratch or use our template.
A few things to note:
Each plan has a limit to the number of questions you can add to a survey.
Free: 3 questions and 1 active survey
PRO: Unlimited questions and active surveys
Survey building and Editing
Update the survey title on the top left corner of the survey builder.
To add questions, click on "+" icon. You can choose from our available question types.
To configure the question, head to the "Details" tab on the right
You can edit the question details and add response options by clicking on "+ Add response"
You can also add an "Other" option to your responses so that customers can add their custom input if it is not available in your response options.
For certain questions like Single-select, multi-select and dropdown, you can toggle on the “Shuffle responses” button. This changes the order of the responses for end customers.
To add conditional logic to your survey, simply head over to the “Logic” tab and start configuring. This helps you to ask relevant questions to customers answering a specific response.
Once you have configured your survey, you can now target it to specific customers based on your billing plan. If you're on a pro plan, you can target your survey to different customer types, locations and order value.
Once all that is done, hit the "Publish" button at the top right of the page and start collecting data! If you aren't ready yet, you can use your survey later, all changes are auto saved.
Ready to go live? Make sure that you've added your Compra Survey app block to your checkout pages!
