Making surveys on Compra just takes a few seconds. You can use from our extensive list of survey templates to get insights based on each scenario.

Step 1:
In the surveys tab, click on “Create survey” on the top right corner.
Step 2:
You can then select a template of your choice based on your billing plan. Free templates are limited to 3 questions. Users on the pro plan can access templates with advanced branching and logic.
Step 3:
Once you add the survey template, we recommend going through the questions to make sure all responses are applicable to your brand.
You can edit responses to suit your brand, delete questions that aren't relevant or add new questions as per your requirement.
Step 4:
Once you have configured your survey template, you can move on to the “Settings” tab to configure the delivery of your survey. You can target your survey based on your customer type, location or order value.
